The wool for this two-ply fingering-weight yarn is grown and gathered from hobby farms throughout the northwest and western states, carefully selected for quality and color. A natural heathered light neutral color is hand-dyed in a range of colors that work together for fabulous stranded colorwork.
This yarn is 100% wool from the Shetland breed of sheep grown here in the US. You will find it has a softer hand with all the depth of color of traditional Shetland wool.
